The invention relates to an intelligent temperature controller vision final-inspection system and method. The system comprises an automatic transmission system used for carrying and transmitting to-be-detected temperature controllers, a sorter used for sorting the to-be-detected temperature controllers, the system is further characterized by comprising a computer, an image shooting device, a support and multiple light sources, the image shooting device is used for acquiring full views of the to-be-detected temperature controllers, the support is used for adjusting distances between the image shooting device and the to-be-detected temperature controllers, the multiple light sources are used for providing illumination for the to-be-detected temperature controllers, the computer is connected with the image shooting device and is used for analyzing the full views of the to-be-detected temperature controllers acquired by the image shooting device and realizing detection on three-dimensional profiles, pin positions and the character information of the to-be-detected temperature controllers, the detection results are sent by the computer to the sorter, and qualified and defective temperature controllers are sorted by the sorter according to the detection results.
