The invention relates to an anti-bacterial pipe. The anti-bacterial pipe comprises a pipe body, and opening ends are formed at the two ends of the pipe body in the axial direction. The pipe body is an aluminum pipe body. The aluminum pipe body comprises a first half-pipe section and a second half-pipe section. The surface of the aluminum pipe is compounded with an anode oxide film layer, and the surface of the anode oxide film layer is compounded with an anti-bacterial layer. By adoption of the anti-bacterial pipe, the aluminum pipe body is composed of the first half-pipe section and the second half-pipe section, and the inner walls of the first half-pipe section and the second half-pipe section are each in an open shape, so that surface treatment is conveniently conducted; the anode oxide film layer serves as a carrier adhered by the anti-bacterial layer so that the anti-bacterial layer can be stably adhered to the anode oxide film layer; and various underwater bacteria and fungus can be exterminated by the anti-bacterial layer, and thus the water quality is improved. The invention further provides an anti-bacterial device and a machining method for the anti-bacterial pipe.
