The invention discloses a method for judging the chemical-viscosity-reduction assisted thickened-oil screw pump lifting technology. The method includes: determining relevant parameters of oil-deposit oil wells produced and developed, determining lift of a screw pump through oil deposit depth, determining lifting speed according to daily output, performing subsection calculation on the oil wells, and calculating friction loss of each section in subsection iteration; summarizing linear loss and wellhead back pressure, comparing the sum of the linear loss and the wellhead back pressure with the lift of the screw pump, and if values are different, repeating the step after viscosity-temperature curves are changed till the values are identical; calculating viscosity of crude oil, corresponding to reservoir temperature, at the position of the downhole through the viscosity-temperature curves. Screw pump lifting is prepared for mining of thickened oil, the chemical viscosity reduction technology is matched in order to prevent insufficient lifting capacity, and certain guidance is given whether to adopt screw pump or not in on-site production and development of shallow thickened oil.
