The invention discloses an electric igniter for oil in-situ combustion and a monitoring system. The electric igniter for oil in-situ combustion comprises a lengthwise extending housing capable of bending, multiple placement pipes arranged in the housing, a pressure measuring device arranged at the tail end of the housing and capable of measuring the pressure of an electric igniter outlet, a flow measuring device arranged at the tail end of the housing and capable of measuring air flow of the electric igniter outlet, and a temperature measuring device arranged in each placement pipe and capable of measuring the temperature of the electric igniter from the upper end to the tail end of the housing, wherein the electric igniter outlet communicated with the outside is formed in the tail end of the housing, heating cables penetrate into at least two placement pipes, a measuring cable penetrates into at least one placement pipe, each placement pipe comprises multiple short sections connected end to end, every two adjacent short sections are connected through a universal joint, the pressure measuring device is connected with the measuring cable, and the flow measuring device is connected with the measuring cable.
