The invention discloses a frost heave prevention method for a periphery terrace of an indoor electric equipment foundation, and relates to the field of frost heave prevention for an electric transmission equipment foundation. The method comprises three steps: pouring of the equipment foundation, filling of building blocks and indoor floor pouring. The frost heave prevention method has the beneficial effects that because an aerated block (3) belongs to nonrigid materials and has the characteristics of porosity and fragility, the rigidity force of soil frost heave cannot be transferred to the floor, thus avoiding compression deformation of the indoor electric equipment foundation and floor due to different magnitudes of frost heave; in addition, steel bars (4) are arranged in the concrete pouring floor (7), and the concrete pouring floor (7) becomes a rigid floor by fixing the steel bars (4) with wall lacing wires (5), thus avoiding influence on the electric transmission facility, reducing the number of times of large-area power failure, saving cost and saving labor.
