一种金属材料用清洗剂，包括如下重量比组分：聚醚羧酸盐10‑15％，烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10‑12％，碳酸氢钠5‑8％，其余为去离子水补至100％。本发明提出的金属材料清洗剂组分合理，清洗效果优良，清洗时间短，节省人力和工时；呈碱性，对设备的腐蚀性较低，使用安全可靠；为水溶性液体，清洗后的废液便于处理排放，不会污染环境。

The invention discloses a cleaning agent for a metal material. The cleaning agent comprises, by weight, 10%-15% of polyether carboxylate, 10%-12% of alkylphenol ethoxylates, 5%-8% of sodium bicarbonate and the balance deionized water which is supplemented to 100%. The cleaning agent for the metal material is reasonable in component, good in cleaning effect, short in cleaning time and capable of saving labor and work hours; the cleaning agent is alkaline and is relatively low in corrosion to equipment, and use is safe and reliable; and the cleaning agent is water-soluble liquid, waste liquid obtained after cleaning is conveniently treated and drained, and the environment cannot be polluted.
