The detection method comprises the following steps: by utilizing the LAMP detection primer group and Bst DNA polymerase with strand displacement activity, amplifying a sample DNA template at 60-65 DEG C, then adding the developing agent and observing the color change of the reaction solution, thus judging whether the sample contains PAT gene component. The detection primer group, the kit and the detection method do not need special instruments, have the characteristics of being rapid and high-efficiency, strong in specificity and the like, and are suitable for on-site detection.
