The strain LMS-CY is gram reaction positive isolate and is identified as Nocardioides sp. which is preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection at 24th October, 2016, with the preservation No. of CCTCC NO:M2016591. Through the chloramphenicol degradation strain LMS-CY obtained through separation and screening, the chloramphenicol residuals in inorganic salt culture medium can be degraded by more than 90%, the degrading bactericide prepared by the strain can degrade chloramphenicol residuals in soil or a water body by more than 85% within short time, and the problem of harm of chloramphenicol residuals to soil and water body environments, crops and human health can be solved.
