The synthesis technology comprises the following steps of sending hydrogen into a three-mouth flask device containing 2-cyanoethyltriethoxysilane and a solvent through a subsurface material feeding pipe to perform synthesis reaction; performing primary distillation and normal-pressure distillation and recycling on a primary reaction product, sending hydrogen, and performing secondary synthesis and pressure-relief distillation, so as to obtain the amino silane product. The amino silane product prepared by the technology has the advantages that the viscosity to glass, aluminum and iron metals is effectively improved, the mechanical strength, electric property, anti-aging property and moisture-proof property of the composite material are effectively improved, and the compression rebound resilience is increased.
