The invention discloses an antiknock enamel static power and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing the following raw materials by weight percent: 91-95% of titanium/barium-containing enamel ceramic glaze, 1-3% of enamel pigment, 4-6% of quartz powder, 0.1-0.12% of silane/siloxane concentrated oil and 0.13-0.15% of polymethyldiphenylsiloxane, wherein isocaprylic acid is 7-7.5% silane/siloxane concentrated oil; putting the titanium/barium-containing enamel ceramic glaze, enamel pigment, quartz powder, silane/siloxane concentrated oil and isocaprylic acid into a dry ball mill for grinding, till the ground powder particle D50 is 40-45um; adding polymethyldiphenylsiloxane into the mixed powder and grinding till D50 is 16-18um; putting the acquired material into a heating stirrer at 120 DEG C, stirring and fully homogenizing the organic matter on the powder surface; sieving the powder with 200-mesh sieve, thereby acquiring the product. After the antiknock enamel static power provided by the invention is coated on an enameled pressed steel with porcelain exploding trend and is sintered, the enamelware is free from fish-scaling.
