The invention discloses a water-soluble fertilizer packaging device capable of being recycled. The water-soluble fertilizer packaging device comprises a box body. A fixing plate is installed in the box body. At least two packaging barrels which are evenly arranged are fixed to the fixing plate. The lower ends of the packaging barrels downwards penetrate the fixing plate to reach the bottom of the box body. A through hole is formed in the bottom of each packaging barrel, and the lower portion of each through hole communicates with a discharging hopper. The discharging end of each discharging hopper communicates with a discharging pipe. Each discharging pipe is provided with a control valve controlling the liquid flow in the discharging pipe. The discharging ends of the discharging pipes of all the packaging barrels communicate with a main pipe which is located below the discharging hoppers. According to the water-soluble fertilizer packaging device capable of being recycled, the size of conventional packaging barrels is changed and the discharging devices are additionally arranged on the packaging barrels, so that discharging can be achieved without carrying or opening the packaging barrels, the discharging speed is high, and the packaging barrels and the box body protecting and fixing the packaging barrels can be recycled.
