The invention discloses a composite material floor for a railway car. The composite material floor comprises a working layer, a spray coating layer arranged on one side of the working layer and used for directly contacting with a to-be-loaded heavy, and a reinforcing layer fixed with the other side of the working layer by an adhesive, wherein the working layer is of a polyurethane foam structure reinforced by glass fibers. When the composite material floor is applied to the railway car, as the working layer is of the polyurethane foam structure reinforced by the glass fibers, namely the glass fibers are added to the polyurethane foam structure, the nail holding force and the anti-chopping force can be improved; and moreover, due to the existence of the spray coating layer, the working layer is further protected, the abrasive resistance of the working layer is improved, the working layer is convenient to change and restore, and the service life is prolonged. Therefore, the composite material floor provided by the invention can improve the nail holding force, the anti-chopping force and the abrasive resistance of the railway car floor while ensuring the mechanical property and the aging resistance, prolong the service life and improve the fire resistance, and the difficulty in the prior art is solved.
