The invention discloses a hair bind cord machine feeding device. The hair bind cord machine feeding device comprises a cord guiding device, a cord twisting device and a cutting device which are connected in sequence. According to the hair bind cord machine feeding device, the design is reasonable; the effect that a chemical fiber material coated on the surface of a hair bind cord is not scattered after the hair bind cord is cut off is ensured by adding the cord twisting device; subsequent adhesive dispensing and bonding are ensured to be successfully completed; and meanwhile, manual operation is completely replaced with the automatic cord guiding and cutting devices, so that the efficiency is high, and the quality is stable.
