The invention discloses pet popcorns. The pet popcorns are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 110 parts of corn kernel, 20 to 40 parts of meat powder, 10 to 15 parts of plant protein powder, 3 to 6 parts of butter and 0.5 to 2 part of functional powder; the functional powder is chicory root powder, parsley powder or lecithin powder. The invention discloses a preparation method of the pet popcorns. The pet popcorns disclosed by the invention has abundant raw materials, balanced nutrients and good taste, so that pets like eating the popcorns.
