The invention discloses edible grilled steaks for pets. The edible grilled steaks are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 30 parts of beef, 5 to 15 parts of beef liver, 10 to 30 parts of glutinous rice flour, 5 to 15 parts of oat meal, 0.03 to 0.05 part of potassium sorbate, 0.3 to 0.5 part of a caramel pigment, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of sugar, 0.3 to 0.5 part of salt, 0.3 to 0.5 part of garlic powder, 0.3 to 0.5 part of smoking liquid and 0.001 to 0.003 part of monascus red. The invention discloses a production method of the edible grilled steaks for the pets; the production method comprises the following steps: 1) treating the raw materials; 2) stirring; 3) molding; 4) electrically roasting; 5) cooling; 6) drying. The edible grilled steaks for the pets have the characteristics of good palatability and high nutrient value.
