An infrared imaging device, a fixed pattern noise calculation method, and a fixed pattern noise calculation program are provided. The infrared imaging device is provided with: an imaging element that includes a plurality of infrared detection pixels arranged two-dimensionally; a diaphragm; and an FPN calculation unit that, during motion video capture, acquires first captured image data, which is obtained by capturing an image using the imaging element with the F value of the diaphragm set to a first value, and second captured image data, which is obtained by capturing an image using the imaging element with the F value set to a second value, and calculates, on the basis of the acquired first captured image data and second captured image data and the first value and second value, the fixed pattern noise included in the captured image data obtained by capturing an image using the imaging element.
