The command processing chip adopting an LQFP (low profile quad flat package) mode comprises a static detection module and a dynamic decoding module; an LDO (low drop out regulator) in the static detection module converts outside power supply to supply voltage of a static detection circuit and a clock circuit, the clock circuit provides clock signals to the static detection circuit, and the static detection circuit is communicated with a control cabinet processor through a UART (universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter) interface to complete static communication detection; a dynamic decoding circuit in the dynamic decoding module transmits dynamic information to a radio-frequency receiver through an SPI (serial peripheral interface), the radio-frequency receiver delays receiving time commands and outputs the same to the dynamic decoding circuit for sampling, decoding, error correcting, verifying, restoring and recoding, and data are transmitted to the control cabinet processor through the UART interface. By the arrangement, device connection is more strengthened, product stability is better, system consumption is lower, and production period and cost are greatly reduced.
