The problems that quality is not easily controlled in the post fermentation period during storage of the yeast for making hard liquor of a liquor factory, and losses are serious are solved. The system comprises a yeast house, an environment parameter detection module, a central control room, an adjusting module and a yeast insect governance module. The environment parameter detection module is used for monitoring environment parameter change conditions in the yeast house in the storing process in real time; the adjusting module is used for adjusting environment parameters in the yeast house according to a control instruction of the central control room; the yeast pest governance module is used for governing yeast insects generated in the storage process; and the central control room is used for sending the control instruction to the adjusting module according to the environment parameter change conditions in the yeast house. The system and the method are used for liquor brewing.
