The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyaniline-polydopamine composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving ammonium persulfate into deionized water or an acidic solution to obtain an ammonium persulfate solution; (2) adding dopamine into the acidic solution, dropwise adding an aniline monomer and stirring to obtain a mixed acidic solution; (3) adding the ammonium persulfate solution obtained in the step (1) into the mixed acidic solution obtained in the step (2) according to the volume ratio of 1:1, and performing stirring reaction under the air condition to obtain the polyaniline-polydopamine mixed solution after the reaction; (4) centrifugally washing the polyaniline-polydopamine mixed solution obtained in the step (3) and drying to obtain the polyaniline-polydopamine composite material. The polyaniline-polydopamine composite material prepared by the method has a wide application prospect in the fields of biological medical materials, electrode material surface modification and the like.
