The invention relates to the technical field of functional ceramic processing, and in particular, relates to a preparation method of a wave absorbing ceramic gel tape-casting slurry. The wave absorbing ceramic gel tape-casting slurry designed by the invention comprises the following raw material components by the mass percentage: 40-60% of silicon nitride, 4-10% of yttrium oxide, 2-5% of alumina, 1-4% of acrylamide, 0.1-0.4% of N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, 0.2-1% of sodium hexametaphosphate, 4-10% of glycerol, 1-4% of ammonium persulfate, 0.5-2% of tetramethylethylenediamine, 2-10% of SiC whiskers, and the balance deionized water. A gelcasting process and a tape-casting process are combined cleverly together, and through strict control of the content of each component, the excellent-performance functional ceramic gel casting slurry is obtained; the component design is reasonable. The preparation process is simple and convenient for large-scale industrialized application.
