The invention belongs to aviation fuel oil transferring technologies and relates to a fuel oil transferring method for a large airplane. The fuel oil transferring method comprises the following steps that the difference between the left side oil quantity and the right side oil quantity is judged; the oil quantity difference between a first left oil tank (1) and a second right oil tank (4) is judged; the oil quantity difference between a second left oil tank (2) and a first right oil tank (3) is judged; and the oil quantity difference between the first left oil tank (1) and the second left oil tank (2) and the oil quantity difference between the first right oil tank (3) and the second right oil tank (4) are judged. By adoption of the fuel oil transferring method for the large airplane, fuel oil transferring can be rapidly conducted; fuel oil transferring is independently achieved without relying on an oil supply pump; and fuel oil imbalance can be automatically treated, tedious operation of flight crews is not needed.
