The invention relates to a Parallel output fastening device with puncture clamp and adjustable double shaft, which comprises a brushless electric machine, a striking block and two output shafts placed paralleling in turn. The brushless electric machine connects and drives gearbox. The gearbox drives striking block, and the striking block drives striking axle. An output terminal of the striking axle is connected to face gears ranged side by side. The face gear drives two face gear shafts respectively. The two face gear shafts keep synchronous operation completely and are connected to two output shafts ranged side by side. The device make it come true that two fastening nuts really are tightened and two output shafts of the device are connected to each other by gear mechanism rigidly without rotation speed difference, which can achieve the optimal effect of puncture.
