The invention discloses a device for fuel transfer, which is used for transferring fuel of a nuclear power platform, and comprises a safety injection water tank body (10), a grillwork (11), a transfer container (12) and a transfer car (13), wherein a dismountable cover board is arranged at the end part of the safety injection water tank body (10); the grillwork (11) is arranged in the safety injection water tank body (10) and used for storing fuel in units; the transfer container (12) stores fuel and is movably arranged in the safety injection water tank body (10); and the transfer car (13) is arranged on one side of the end part of the safety injection water tank body and can slide on the upper end of the safety injection water tank body. The invention also discloses a corresponding nuclear power platform. With implementation of the device for fuel transfer and corresponding nuclear power platform, the transfer process of fuel can be simplified, nuclear island structures can be reduced, and the device is favorable for a compact layout.
