An embodiment of the invention discloses an ear structure model manufacturing method and device thereof. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of cross-sectional scanning images of the ear structure; reconstructing the plurality of cross-sectional scanning images respectively to obtain corresponding reconstructed cross-sectional images; establishing a three-dimensional geometric model of the ear structure according to the reconstructed cross-sectional images; utilizing molding technology to manufacture a solid model of the ear structure. Accordingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides a manufacturing device of an ear structure model. A technical solution provided by the embodiment of the invention is based on an individualized medical image to construct a three-dimensional geometric model of a highly simulated human ear structure and to create a solid model of the ear structure. The ear structure module manufacturing method and device thereof has the advantage of solving a problem that a highly simulated human ear structure model cannot be produced at present, creating a mole structure which has a high similarity to a real ear structure, providing an important prerequisite for the research results, and providing a basis for an individualized research on the influencing factors of tinnitus.
