The invention discloses a positioning guiding and locking device for a hoisting of an oblique steel tower with a special-shaped section, characterized by comprising a plurality of positioning guiding structures and a plurality of locking structures welded inside the oblique steel tower, wherein the positioning guiding structures are guided and positioned by means of guiding variable-diameter pins at joints between the upper and lower segments of the oblique steel tower; and the locking structures are locked by means long-bolt anchorages at the joints between the upper and lower segments of the oblique steel tower. Quick and precise positioning guiding and locking are achieved through the positioning guiding structures and the locking structures, so that the positioning guiding and locking device realizes the hoisting of the oblique steel tower with the special-shaped section and spatial variations, and has the advantages of shortening the construction time, reducing the cost and construction risk.
