The invention discloses a dyeing method of a milk protein fiber/ramie blended fabric, belonging to the field of dope-dyed fabrics. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating ramie in a sodium hydroxide solution, washing with water to a neutral state, and drying; pretreating milk protein fibers in a weakly-acidic dye resisting agent, and drying; after clearing and combing the ramie, mixing and drawing the pretreated ramie and pretreated milk protein fibers, and spinning by a bobbiner and a spinning machine to obtain a milk protein fiber/ramie blended fabric; and putting the milk protein fiber/ramie blended fabric, neutral dyes, a dyeing accelerant and a color fixative into a water-containing thermostat water bath, carrying out dye fixing, washing with water, soaping, and drying to obtain the dyed milk protein fiber/ramie blended fabric. The method enhances the homochromatism of the blended fabric.
