本发明公开了一种具有烟草咖啡香韵的热反应烟用香料的制备方法及其在卷烟中的应用，本发明通过向烟末提取液的浓缩液、氨基酸和糖类化合物中添加1～10％的混合天然香料，再经美拉德反应制备烟用香料。所制备的香料具有适宜的烟草香、烘烤焦甜香、膏香和咖啡烘烤香韵，将其应用于卷烟中，可显著地丰富香气，协调并减少杂气，降低刺激性，提高舒适度。

The invention discloses a preparation method of flavor having tobacco and coffee fragrance and used for thermal reaction tobacco, and application of the flavor to cigarettes. The preparation method comprises the steps: adding 1 to 10 percent of mixed natural flavor into concentrated liquid of tobacco waste extracting liquid, amino acid and carbohydrate, and preparing the tobacco flavor through Maillard reaction. The prepared flavor has proper tobacco fragrance, baking burnt and sweet fragrance, paste fragrance and coffee baking fragrance, is applied to cigarettes, and can remarkably enrich the fragrance, harmonize and reduce offensive odor, reduce irritation and increase comfort degree.
