The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural fertilizers, and particularly discloses a crop microbe solid bacterial fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The crop microbe solid bacterial fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-6 parts of aerobic bacteria, 1-3 parts of anaerobic bacteria, 2-4 parts of facultative anaerobe, 8-12 parts of urea, 4-10 parts of amino acid, 20-35 parts of crop straw, 10-20 parts of river mud and 30-40 parts of animal manure. In the preparation process, the raw materials are subjected to mixed fermentation for 8-10 days while keeping the temperature at 60-70 DEG C. The crop straws and animal manure are used as the main preparation raw materials, thereby greatly lowering the preparation cost; and the prepared crop microbe solid bacterial fertilizer has outstanding effects on growth of crops, has the functions of disease resistance, lodging resistance and pest resistance, and improves the soil structure and crop quality.
