The invention relates to a printing method of three-dimensional braille bumps. The printing method comprises steps as follows: S1, a printing screen is coated with 250-350 mu m of emulsion with a mask-making technology according to drawings and documents of customers, and the emulsion which is not exposed is washed off after exposure; S2, the prepared printing screen is utilized for printing the three-dimensional braille bumps, the S2 comprises steps as follows: S21, a single-sided adhesive tape is flatly attached to the area, close to the edge of printing content, of the printing screen; S22, an automatic web printer is adopted for printing the three-dimensional braille bumps on a base material and drying the three-dimensional braille bumps; S23, the base material is subjected to processing forming after printing, and manufacture of a product is finished. With the adoption of the printing method of the three-dimensional braille bumps, height of the three-dimensional braille bumps is greatly increased.
