The invention relates to a comprehensive measurement device used for measuring the sulfur capacity of slag and the melting characteristic. The comprehensive measurement device comprises a heating furnace, an atmosphere control system, a temperature control system, a melt melting characteristic measurement system and a control display system; a sample is put into the heating furnace to react; the atmosphere control system is used for controlling the reaction atmosphere in the heating furnace; the temperature control system is used for controlling the reaction temperature of the sample in the heating furnace; the melt melting characteristic measurement system is used for measuring the melting characteristic of the sample in the heating furnace; and the control display system is used for calculating the oxygen partial pressure PO2 and the sulfur partial pressure PS2 according to the air flow measured by the atmosphere control system, and calculating the sulfur capacity of the slag according to the formula in the description. The comprehensive measurement device not only can be used to measure the sulfur capacity of the slag through slag-air balance, but also can be used to measure the melting characteristic of a melt.
