The invention discloses an engine torsion actuator. The engine torsion actuator comprises an adjusting valve assembly, a supercharging gas filtering assembly and a gas inlet assembly. The supercharging gas filtering assembly is connected with the gas inlet assembly. The adjusting valve assembly is also connected with the gas inlet assembly. The supercharging gas filtering assembly is provided with an air filter, a supercharging gas pump and a supercharging gas storage bin which are sequentially connected in series. The adjusting valve assembly comprises a fixed shell, a transmission assembly, a sealing assembly and a valve. The fixed shell is connected with a supercharging gas inlet valve seat of the gas inlet assembly, and the transmission assembly and the sealing assembly are contained and mounted in the fixed shell. One end of the transmission assembly is connected with a gas transmitting hole channel formed in the supercharging gas inlet valve seat through the valve, and the other end of the transmission assembly is exposed out of the fixed shell and can be linked with a car accelerator pedal. The supercharging gas storage bin is connected with the valve through the hole channel formed in the supercharging gas inlet valve seat and a through hole formed in the adjusting valve assembly. More rotary type temperature-raised air capable of facilitating reinforcement burning and greatly improving explosive power can be provided.
