The invention discloses a chemical nickel-plating restoration process. The chemical nickel-plating restoration process is characterized by comprising the steps of firstly, conducting anion extraction on a chemical nickel-plating solution which becomes non-effective with an anion extraction agent; removing redundant SO4<2+> ions through an extraction reaction; then, adding a nickel sulfate solution to a part of a solution with the SO4<2+> ions removed; conducting stirring, so that an effective chemical nickel-plating solution is obtained; and putting sodium hydroxide with the concentration being 15% into raffinate for conducting a reextraction reaction, so that sodium sulfate is formed. The anion extraction agent obtained after reverse extraction conducted through alkaline is reused for restoring the chemical nickel-plating solution which becomes non-effective; the chemical nickel-plating restoration process is simple and easy to operate; the restored chemical nickel-plating solution is the same as an original chemical nickel-plating solution in constituent and efficiency; and the chemical nickel-plating restoration process is economical, practical and capable of effectively reducing chemical nickel-plating solution treatment cost and pollution.
