The processing performance of the plastic is strengthened by selecting an antioxidant, a plasticizer and a toughening agent and the proportion, and the mechanical properties of the plastic bottle cap are further improved. Due the fact that the surface resistivity of the material is reduced by adding nano titanium nitride, the modified plastic has good antibacterial properties, and it is further ensured that the bottle cap has low bacterium existence rate before usage and during usage through two-stage sterilization treatment before the bottle cap leaves a factory.
