The invention discloses a cloud computation based charging management system for an electric vehicle. The cloud computation based charging management system comprises a battery, a control device, a cloud-end server and an electric-vehicle service station, wherein the control device is arranged on the battery; the battery can be taken out and replaced only by the control device, the battery is replaced in the electric-vehicle service station, a far-end server can help compute the cost, and by matching with the electric-vehicle service station for use, the normal operation of the system can be ensured. The charging management system disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the power storage capacity of the battery does not need to be increased, and the electric-vehicle service station is arranged on a highway, so that the battery can be replaced, the use mileage of the electric vehicle is increased, and the weight of the electric vehicle is reduced.
