The hybrid fiber woven roving composite material automobile battery box is made of a composite material with hybrid fiber woven roving formed by weaving glass fibers and carbon fibers through a rapier weaving process as a reinforcing material, and epoxy resin as a base material; and the hybrid fiber woven roving comprises four laminated layers, and the angels of the laminated layers are 0 degree, 90 degrees, 0 degree and 90 degrees correspondingly. According to the hybrid fiber woven roving composite material automobile battery box, the hybrid woven roving with the four layers of carbon fibers/glass fibers is used as the fiber reinforcing material, and the epoxy resin is used as a matrix; compared with traditional steel or high-density plastic battery boxes, the mass of the prepared battery box is decreased by 30%; the reinforcing material comprises the carbon fibers and the glass fibers, and compared with pure carbon fiber battery boxes, the cost can be reduced by 40%; and the fiber woven roving structure is adopted, so that the tensile strength of the fiber woven roving structure is better than that of a fiber laminating structure.
