The invention relates to a degradable milk fiber quilt containing negative ions and a preparation method of the milk fiber quilt. The degradable milk fiber quilt containing the negative ions comprises quilt interior stuffing, wherein the quilt interior stuffing is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 40-60% of milk fibers, 10-30% of silk fibers, 10-20% of cotton fibers and 5-20% of nano germanium oxide composite zirconium poly(butylene succinate) fibers. The finished product (the degradable milk fiber quilt) prepared by the method can generate negative oxygen ions and hydroxyl negative ions which can take effects of sterilizing and refreshing air and can also promote cell activation, so that a skin aging speed is reduced.
