The invention provides a method for judging threshed and redried tobacco leaf blending uniformity. The method comprises the steps of 1, selecting N kinds of tobacco leaves needing to be blended, and measuring the contents of N kinds of microelements such as copper, calcium, zinc and magnesium in the tobacco leaves with the atomic absorption method; 2, marking the N kinds of tobacco leaves with the N kinds of microelements in a one-to-one correspondence mode through vacuum moisture regaining, in other words, adding 2-10-times solutions of the N kinds of microelements such as copper, calcium, zinc and magnesium in the mode of steam, so that the tobacco leaves of different small grades can be marked; 3, conducting commissioning test run according to the proportion requirement of blend threshing after marking; 4, taking samples from a threshed and redried tobacco leaf premix cabinet or finished tobacco case, and detecting the contents of the N kinds of microelements in the tobacco leaves with the atomic absorption method so as to judge the distribution proportion of small-grade crude tobacco with different marks. According to the method, the crude tobacco of different grades are marked with the element tracking methods, blending uniformity is identified by detecting the contents of elements in the finished tobacco leaves, the method is simple, and results are accurate.
