The invention provides a double-fed wind turbine generator fault-crossing and damping control coordinated control method and system. The method comprises the steps that according to the machine terminal voltage amplitude and the preset active power recovery value of a double-fed wind turbine generator, the operation phase of the double-fed wind turbine generator is divided; and the double-fed wind turbine generator is controlled to implement the preset control policy of each operation phase. Compared with the prior art, the double-fed wind turbine generator fault-crossing and damping control coordinated control method and system have the advantages that the power output dynamic characteristic of the failed double-fed wind turbine generator is not affected by fault recovery policy and damping control policy control signals simultaneously output by the grid-connected converter of the double-fed wind turbine generator during recovery after a fault is removed.
