The invention discloses a magnetic capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof. The magnetic capacitor comprises a coiled core; the coiled core comprises a first magnetic layer, a first paramagnetic metal particle layer, a first dielectric layer, a common conductive layer, a second dielectric layer, a second paramagnetic metal particle layer and a second magnetic layer which are laminated in sequence; the coiled core further comprises a first electric conduction device, a second electric conduction device and a third electric conduction device; the first electric conduction device is arranged at one end of the common conductive layer; the second electric conduction device is arranged at one end of the first magnetic layer and one end of the first paramagnetic metal particle layer; and the third electric conduction device is arranged at one end of the second paramagnetic metal particle layer and one end of the second magnetic layer. The magnetic capacitor has the beneficial effects that the capacity of the magnetic capacitor is increased through interaction of each layer, and the volume is reduced and the magnetic capacitor is convenient to manufacture as the original rectangular panel type magneto-capacitance is coiled into a curly shape.
