The invention provides an outgoing line configuration method of a power distribution network, and the method is applied to a 110kv transformer station. The method comprises that whether the transformer station satisfies a preset standard in the initial construction stage of the transformer station is determined according to data of a programme of the power distribution network; if the transformer station satisfies the preset standard, a wiring mode of the transformer station is determined; according to the wiring mode, the amount of feed lines of the power distribution network is set; according to a power supply load of the transformer station, the type of a power supply area is obtained; according to the type of the power supply area, safety and reliability standards of the transformer station are determined; and safety and reliability results of the transformer station are obtained, and the amount of connection lines of the power distribution network is set according to the safety and reliability standards of the transformer station. The invention also provides an outgoing line configuration system of the power distribution network. According to embodiments of the invention, outgoing line configuration of the power distribution network can overcome problems as too large margin in early stage and tight resources in a later period.
