The method comprises: determining a model relation to analyze the dynamic and static state data according to the dynamic and static state data and the statistics time range issued by an access unit distribution automation system; employing the data of a block/deblock record list, obtaining the off-line time length til and the number nli of the block/deblock frequency times of each terminal ei, and determining the abnormal terminal device through setting parameters; determining the switching device of the abnormal terminal device according to the model relation of the dynamic and static state data and determining the dynamic data information associated with the switching device; screening the telecommand motion data and the telecommand SOE data matching condition corresponding to each corresponding terminal ei; and obtaining the influence condition set aiming at each abnormal terminal device according to the number nysi capable of matching the SOE, the number naysi not capable of matching the SOE, and the off-line time length til and the number nli of the block/deblock frequency times of each terminal ei. According to the technical scheme, the abnormal terminal device determination method based on the distribution automation index data can discover the abnormal device and analyze the abnormal influence conditions.
