The invention relates to a linkage type sintered ore waste heat recovery and comprehensive utilization process and system. Hot sintered ore enters an upright cooling device to be cooled through heat exchange with cooling air; hot air after heat exchange enters a waste heat recovery device and medium-pressure steam and low-pressure steam are generated at the same time; the medium-pressure steam is used for directly dragging a main sintering suction fan, and the low-pressure steam serves as thermal source steam for a desulfuration waste liquid crystallization device after the flue gas desulfuration process of a sintering machine and also serves as steam for sintered ore layer surface spraying after ignition of the sintering machine; and hot waste gas after passing through the waste heat recovery device is subjected to purification treatment, guided into a machine head hot air cover of the sintering machine and a machine tail hot air cover of the sintering machine to serve as the thermal source for hot air sintering and guided into an ignition furnace of the sintering machine to serve as combustion-supporting hot air. By means of the linkage type sintered ore waste heat recovery and comprehensive utilization process and system, maximization of sintered ore waste heat utilization efficiency is achieved, and the purposes of saving energy, reducing consumption and reducing production cost are finally achieved; and the linkage type sintered ore waste heat recovery and comprehensive utilization process is scientific, reasonable, feasible and reliable in operation, existing sintering processes are fully integrated, and technical improvement is low in investment and becomes effective rapidly.
