The invention provides a humidifier which comprises a water pan (10), a heating device and a diffusion channel, wherein the heating device is arranged above the water pan (10), the diffusion channel is formed between the water pan (10) and the heating device so that vapor generated when the heating device irradiates water on the water pan (10) can be diffused out. A convection device (40) is arranged on the diffusion channel and used for blowing fresh air into the diffusion channel so that flowing of vapor can be accelerated. According to the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, vapor is gathered between the water surface and a lampshade, the humidity is high, and accordingly a modulator tube, the lampshade and surrounding components and parts are prone to being corroded is effectively solved.
