The machining process is characterized in that a front connector and a back connector are machined, wherein the front connector and the back connector are both annular connecting pieces machined through metal materials; a front core die and a back core die are machined, the back core die and the front core die are in threaded butt joint, a winding support plane matched with the inner shape of a laval spraying pipe is formed, and a throat liner is arranged at the threaded butt joint position of the back core die and the front core die in a sleeving manner; and fiber glass filaments are fixedly wound between the front connector and the back connector through a winding process, and an integral type nonmetal rocket engine empty body is obtained after the front core die and the back core die are disassembled. According to the machining process, one-time forming of the rocket engine empty body is achieved, the process is simple, the inner shape accuracy is high, the product quality is guaranteed, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
