The invention discloses a method for switching tow control modes of remote control and mechanical control of a wireless remote control underground scraper. Two control signals are respectively from an onboard console and a remote control receiver; during switching, the two control signals synchronously enter a main control system; and a controller of the main control system takes charge of realization of the switching method. The onboard console has a switching switch to represent remote control or mechanical control at present; but actual control mode is expressed by a remote control indicating lamp. The switching is synthetically determined according to signals related to the safety of the scraper in the two sets of control signals. When the switching allowing conditions are not satisfied, even if the state of the switching switch is changed, the actual control mode stills keeps original control mode invariable. During remote controlling, the mechanical control signal is failed; during mechanical controlling, the remote control signal is failed; and during working, only one set of control signals works. When the switching is unsuccessful, an operation fault indicating lamp on the onboard console is brightened to prompt faults of the switching operation.
