The provided strain of desulfurization Alishewanella aestuarii has a 16SrDNA sequence represented by the SEQ ID No.1. The provided strain can well grow in wastewater with a high sulfide content, can tolerate a high sulfide concentration, is capable of tolerating a sulfur (S<2->) concentration as high as 981.76 mg/L, and has a high sulfide removing efficiency during the desulfurization process; the removing rate of 5h sulfides can reach 99.17%, the conversion rate of simple substance sulfur can reach 62.19%, and thus the strain has a high environment protection value and economic benefit.
