A preparation method and application of a lead-sulfide-immobilized tetra-(p-carboxyl phenyl) metal cobalt, manganese and iron porphyrin catalysis materials are disclosed. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, using an ultrasonic method for synthesis of lead sulfide, ultrasonically dispersing the dried lead sulfide into anhydrous ethanol, respectively slowly adding tetra-(p-carboxyl phenyl) metal cobalt porphyrin, tetra-(p-carboxyl phenyl) metal manganese porphyrin and tetra-(p-carboxyl phenyl) metal iron porphyrin which are respectively dissolved in the anhydrous ethanol, stirring for 5-6h at 60 to 70 DEG C, drying in vacuum in an oven at 60 DEG C to remove residual ethanol, using ethyl benzene for respective Soxhlet extraction of the dried materials until extract is colorless, and drying the obtained solids in vacuum at 50 to 70 DEG C for 10-12h to respectively obtain the catalytic materials. The method has the advantages of simple operation, little material loss and low cost, when the catalysis materials are respectively used for activation of molecular oxygen for oxidation of the ethyl benzene to obtain acetophenone and DL-1-phenethyl alcohol, the alcohol ketone yield corresponding to the three kinds of lead-sulfide-immobilized tetra-(p-carboxyl phenyl) metal cobalt, manganese and iron porphyrins are respectively 57.04%, 45.73% and 41.93%. The catalytic effect is good, and the catalytic effect is almost no dropped after repeated use for three times, and the catalysis materials has good practical application prospects and are ideal biomimetic catalytic materials.
