The invention discloses a flue gas carbon capturing system for a temperature swing adsorption power plant by virtue of intermediate steam extraction. The system comprises a coal power generation unit, a temperature swing circulating water unit and a carbon capturing unit. The coal power generation unit comprises a boiler, a steam turbine, a cooling tower, a water pump and the like; the temperature swing circulating water unit comprises a first four-way reversing valve, a second four-way reversing valve, a first temperature swing adsorption tower unit, a second temperature swing adsorption tower unit and the like; the carbon capturing unit comprises a first four-way reversing valve, a three-way valve, a first temperature swing adsorption tower unit, a second temperature swing adsorption tower unit and the like; desorbing energy consumption of temperature swing adsorption carbon capture is remarkably lower than chemical adsorption carbon capture, so that the capacity of energy conservation and emission reduction of a coal-fired power plant is ensured; the two groups of temperature swing adsorption towers same in quantity ensure the industrial operating persistence so as to maintain the gas generating capacity of the system; a temperature swing circulating water path guarantees a low-temperature (25-35 DEG C) state in an adsorption process and a high-temperature (100-120 DEG C) in a desorption process at the same time, so that the adsorption capacity of zeolite is guaranteed.
