The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and discloses a plant acne-removing compound as well as a preparation method and applications of the plant acne-removing compound. The plant acne-removing compound is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of shallot extracting solution, 10-20 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower extracting solution, 10-20 parts of lotus leaf extracting solution, and 2-10 parts of betaine salicylate. The shallot extracting solution can effectively inhibit the breeding of propionibacterium acnes and kill bacteria; the lotus leaf extracting solution can effectively control the secretion of skin sebum; the wild chrysanthemum flower extracting solution has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, and diminishing inflammation; betaine salicylate can accelerate the falling of the human epidermal keratinocytes; through the synergistic effect of the four components, the plant acne-removing compound achieves the effect of inhibiting propionibacterium acnes from the formation mechanism of acnes.
