The invention provides a power grid equipment topology data partitioned storage method and system. The method comprises steps that power grid equipment topology data is divided according to preset voltage grade boundaries to acquire the power grid equipment topology data which is in a low voltage grade and respectively corresponds to more than two regional power grids; according to allowable storage content of each partitioned server, the power grid equipment topology data of one or more regional power grids is correspondingly stored by one partitioned server; according to the power grid equipment topology data of the regional power grid correspondingly stored by each partitioned server, a partitioned table is established. The method is advantaged in that a high voltage power grid is eliminated in a partitioned storage mode, and power grid association is further broken; during topological analysis, inter-partition data access is not required, topological analysis time delay is reduced, server performance is improved, and the method further has advantages of simple and efficient properties, strong practicality and convenient application.
